Finding Balance
From my recent trip to Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire
Since I wasn't able to walk the first 3 months of year, BALANCE seems to be my theme for the year. Gratefully my bones have healed and I'm feeling fantastic. Returning to work in March really helped my healing and I was walking and driving in no time.
My forced downtime gave me time to get caught up on overdue administrative work and evaluate my business and personal goals. I have been a solo practitioner at the beach for 10 years and blessed with a thriving practice. But, the demands have left my life a bit unbalanced. So..... I have decided to reduce my practice to 3 days a week to allow more time to teach Qigong, complete my Functional Medicine certification, create new programs, and devote time to my personal life.
I will be moving my office and sharing space with Bootsy Haas, LMT in Neptune Beach. Bootsy's healing center, Tranquil Waters, was the first office I worked at when I moved to Jacksonville, funny how life circles back around. I am thrilled to be sharing a healing space with Bootsy again!
