Sheng Zhen Qigong + Meditation

In this class, we will begin with a few gentle Sheng Zhen Qigong movements
to relax the body, calm the mind, and open the energy pathways
for health and balance.  This will be followed by 20-30 minutes of meditation. 


Bring a cushion, pillow or blanket to sit on.  Chairs are available.
